Introducing the Outdoor Adventure Skill - Aquatics Groups from around Kennedy Region attended the OAS Aquatics swimming carnival recently at Long Tan Pool to celebrate our Founder's Birthday with a splash.  It was our first Region event for 2025 and was well attended with around 150 participants and was a great chance for scouts to catch up with each other and have some fun. Throughout the afternoon, youth participated in a range of activities that enabled them to develop their water survival skills in the Stages of the Outdoor Adventure Skill of Aquatics.   The Outdoor Adventure Skills are a key feature of the Scout Program.   The Outdoor Adventure Skills framework promotes youth members’ exploration of, and progression through key outdoor pursuits.
